This program has been specially designed to accommodate health clubs. It is broken down into three groups:

 

  1. Basics
  2. Solo
  3. Interactive

 

By taking a few principles and building a foundation a person is able to reach levels of self defense in a shorter period of time than ever before.

Instead of teaching a “technique” for every conceivable attack, resulting in thousands of techniques known but few perfected. A few techniques are perfected, while principles are reinforced.

Concepts and information are given while the student practices many repetitions of reliable attack patterns.
